At Haus of Ästhetik, we believe great skin and confidence should be accessible. That’s why we offer the option to spread the cost of your treatments with interest-free monthly payments through our trusted payment providers, GoCardless and Stripe.
Our Direct Debit scheme allows you to pay for your chosen treatments over 3 to 6 months, depending on the service. Your plan will be tailored to the number of treatments included and divided into fixed monthly payments. This will all be clearly outlined during your initial consultation.

Do I pay interest on my payments
No. All payments made through our GoCardless Direct Debit or Stripe monthly payment plan are interest-free.
Can I sign up to a payment plan at my first appointment?
Yes. Clients can enrol in a monthly payment plan during their first consultation and treatment. A deposit will be taken during this visit.
Can I include multiple treatments in my plan?
Absolutely. We can build a bespoke package covering multiple treatments (e.g., anti-wrinkle, dermal fillers, polynucleotides, or skin boosters) and spread the payments accordingly.
How are the deposit and payments calculated?
For dermal filler-based treatments: 50% deposit, with the balance spread over 6 monthly payments. For botulinum toxin (anti-wrinkle) treatments: 33% deposit, balance spread over 3 monthly payments.
What if I don’t need as many treatments as expected?
We understand needs may change. If you require fewer treatments, we can revise your plan or provide treatment credit for future use, provided at least one treatment per year is undertaken.
What do I need to sign up?
You’ll need:
Sort code and account number (GoCardless)
Valid debit or credit card (Stripe)
Proof of bank account (e.g., debit card or bank statement)
Which day will my payment be taken?
You can choose the 1st, 10th, or 20th of the month. If this falls on a weekend or bank holiday, payment will be taken the next working day.
When will my first payment be taken?
If you sign up before the 20th of the month, your first payment will be the following month.
If after the 20th, your first payment will be taken the month after next.
How many monthly payments will I make?
This depends on your treatment plan and will be fully explained at sign-up. Typically, 3 or 6 instalments.
Can I use a discount or gift voucher?
Discounts cannot be applied to deposits, but the value will be deducted from the monthly instalments.
What if I’m struggling financially one month?
Please contact us directly rather than cancelling the payment with your bank. We aim to be flexible and may offer a payment break or reschedule.
What if my payment fails?
If your Direct Debit or Stripe payment fails, we’ll attempt to take the payment again after 10 working days. You will be notified by email.
Am I tied in for a full year?
No. You have the right to cancel at any time under the Direct Debit Guarantee. If you wish to cancel, please notify us before contacting your bank. We’ll process the cancellation and advise if any balance remains.
How do I cancel my payment plan?
Notify us first. We will arrange for the Direct Debit or Stripe plan to be cancelled and provide written confirmation. If any treatments have been received without full payment, an invoice will be issued for the outstanding amount.
Is there a credit check?
No formal credit check is performed for GoCardless or Stripe as these are not credit finance agreements.
Are payment plans available online?
Yes. Our booking system through InSync offers the option to select a 3-month payment plan at checkout for eligible treatments. For extended plans or bespoke packages, please contact the clinic directly.
Can I combine GoCardless and Stripe for payments?
While both systems are available, one plan must be chosen per agreement. Stripe is typically used for online checkout payment plans, and GoCardless is preferred for in-clinic direct debit agreements.

Direct Debit and Subscription Payment Terms & Conditions
Where do these terms apply
These terms and conditions apply to all subscription and payment plans made via Direct Debit through GoCardless and Stripe, for treatments offered by Haus of Ästhetik. All clients engaging in these agreements must read and accept these conditions before proceeding. Additional terms may apply for in-person bookings and bespoke packages arranged via the Insync booking platform.
Definitions
Clinic: Refers to Haus of Ästhetik, 4 Portland Square, Bakewell, Derbyshire, DE45 1HA. Client: The individual entering into the agreement to receive treatments and make payments via subscription or Direct Debit. Contract: The agreement between the Clinic and Client, incorporating these terms, the package plan, and consent forms. Deposit: The initial upfront payment made at the start of the agreement. Fee: The total cost of the agreed treatment plan. Term: The duration of the subscription plan, usually 3 or 12 months, unless otherwise specified. Treatment(s): The aesthetic services delivered under the agreement.
Application of Conditions
- These terms form the full agreement between the Clinic and Client.
- Marketing or promotional materials are for guidance only and do not form part of the contract.
Commencement and Term
- The agreement commences upon the first successful payment or contract signing.
- Term durations vary depending on package selection (e.g., 3-month Insync option via Stripe or 12-month GoCardless plan).
- Early termination requires written notice (see section 10).
Supplier Obligations
- Treatments will be delivered as outlined in the plan, subject to availability.
- Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain scheduled appointments.
- The Clinic may adjust products or appointment locations with prior notice where necessary for safety, regulation, or efficiency.
- Treatments must be used within the Term.
Client Obligations
- Clients must provide accurate, up-to-date contact and health information.
- Clients are responsible for timely attendance and payment as agreed.
- All consent forms must be completed and updated when required.
- Unused sessions are non-refundable unless agreed in exceptional circumstances.
Payment Terms
- Monthly payments are processed via GoCardless or Stripe.
- A 3-month Direct Debit option is available exclusively via Insync booking with Stripe.
- Payment plans reflect the selected treatment package and Term.
- Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of treatments.
- Repeated missed payments may lead to cancellation and debt recovery procedures, including additional administrative costs.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
Amendments and Variations
- Clients may add treatments or extend plans at any time.
- Alterations resulting in a higher value plan can be processed via a new agreement or additional monthly instalments.
- Downgrading is at the Clinic’s discretion.
Intellectual Property
- All treatment materials, forms, and documents remain the property of Haus of Ästhetik.
Defective Treatments
- Clients must report dissatisfaction or issues within 14 days.
- The Clinic may offer a review appointment or issue partial refunds where clinically justified.
Liability
- The Clinic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
- Maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the Client.
- The Clinic is not liable for outcomes based on incorrect client information.
Termination
- The Clinic may cancel the agreement immediately in cases of payment failure, misinformation, or clinical unsuitability.
- Clients may terminate with 30 days’ written notice.
- All outstanding balances must be paid upon termination.
Force Majeure
- The Clinic is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its control.
Data and Privacy
- GoCardless and Stripe handle payments in accordance with GDPR and PCI-DSS standards.
- The Clinic stores client data securely and only for necessary purposes.
Complaints
- Service complaints should be directed to HausOfAsthetik@icloud.com.
- For payment-related issues, clients may contact GoCardless, Stripe, or the Financial Ombudsman Service.
Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Disputes will be resolved through the English court system.
