Can I share my loyalty card with someone else?

No. Each loyalty card is issued to an individual client and cannot be shared. We cross-reference treatments against our records to confirm eligibility before applying any loyalty reward.

Does the loyalty card have an expiry date?

No, there’s no time limit. You can take as long as you like to collect your stamps and redeem your rewards. Your card remains valid for as long as you’re an active client with us.

Which treatments qualify for loyalty stamps?

Most aesthetic treatments, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, skin boosters, fat-dissolving treatments, and facials qualify. If you’re unsure, just ask a member of our team during your appointment.

How do I redeem my discount?

Once you’ve reached a reward level (3, 6, or 10 stamps), simply let us know when booking or at your appointment. We’ll verify your stamps and apply the relevant discount (10%, 15%, or 25%). You’ll also receive a new loyalty card to start your next round.

Can I use multiple loyalty cards together?

No, only one loyalty card can be used at a time. Rewards cannot be combined or stacked with other promotions.

General Terms

  • The loyalty card is issued to one named individual and is non-transferable.
  • Our standard appointment cancellation policy applies to all appointments associated with the loyalty scheme.
  • We do not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged cards.
  • The loyalty card has no monetary value and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Haus of Ästhetik reserves the right to:

 a) Terminate the loyalty scheme at any time

b) Decline to issue or replace loyalty cards

c) Modify or amend the scheme terms without prior notice

 Collecting Loyalty Stamps

Your loyalty card must be presented at the time of your appointment in order to receive a stamp.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the stamp is collected before leaving the clinic.

One stamp is issued per appointment, regardless of the number of treatments carried out during that visit.

Stamps cannot be awarded for:

• Retail product purchases

• Gift voucher purchases

• Follow-up or complimentary appointments

Stamps are only awarded for payments made by:

  • Cash
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Bank Transfers
  • Haus of Ästhetik Gift Cards

Stamps will not be awarded for payments made using:

  • Complimentary Vouchers
  • Reward Vouchers

 Redeeming Rewards

Loyalty card rewards of 10%, 15%, and 25% off treatments cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.

Loyalty discounts cannot be redeemed against retail products.

Eligible free facial treatments for loyalty reward redemption include:

  • Toxin Treatments (Not in the Subscription program)
  • Filler Treatments (Not in the Subscription program)
  • Superficial Chemical Peel
  • Radio Frequency Lifting Facial
  • Deep Cleansing Facial
  • Rejuvenating Facial
  • Acne Targeting Facial
