3. Risk Control Measures
A. Staff Safety Procedures
• Lone Worker Policy:
• Staff must notify a designated person when they are working alone, including expected start and end times.
• Check-in calls must be made at set intervals, particularly in evening shifts.
• Emergency Call Procedures:
• Staff have access to an emergency panic button or alert system in case of distress.
