CONTINUOUS PAYMENT AUTHORITY (CPA) TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions outline how Haus of Ästhetik manages Continuous Payment Authorities (CPAs) for subscription-based services using GoCardless, a secure and FCA-regulated platform for direct debit payments. WHAT IS A CONTINUOUS PAYMENT AUTHORITY (CPA)?

A Continuous Payment Authority is an agreement where you authorise Haus of Ästhetik to collect recurring payments through your bank account using GoCardless. This allows us to spread the cost of your treatments over affordable monthly instalments, making it easier to manage your aesthetic care.

GO CARDLESS PAYMENTS

GoCardless provides a secure method for setting up Direct Debit payments from your bank account. You will receive full payment notifications before each payment is taken, and you are covered under the Direct Debit Guarantee for added protection.

TYPES OF AGREEMENT

We offer two types of subscription payment plans via GoCardless:

  • Regular Fixed Payment Plan: • Monthly payments are collected automatically. • Amounts are agreed in advance and remain fixed unless you request changes. • Ideal for Anti-Wrinkle Club and Skin Rejuvenation Package subscriptions.
  • Flexible Payment Plan: • Payment amounts and dates can be adapted in line with your treatment needs. • Useful for add-on treatments or seasonal upgrades.

SETTING UP YOUR CPA

You will be asked to complete a simple online form via GoCardless, providing your name, bank details, and authorisation. Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation and your payment plan will begin according to the terms set out.

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR PLAN

• You can amend or cancel your CPA at any time by contacting Haus of Ästhetik or GoCardless directly.

• If changes are required (e.g. adding new treatments), we will update your plan accordingly and confirm in writing.

• Cancellations must be received at least 10 working days before your next payment.

FAILED PAYMENTS

In the event of a failed payment, GoCardless will attempt to collect the payment up to 3 more times. If unsuccessful, your CPA may be suspended, and we will contact you to discuss your options.

CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION

All client and payment information is securely stored in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. GoCardless is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and employs industry-standard security protocols.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE DIRECT DEBIT GUARANTEE

• You are entitled to a full refund if a payment is made in error.

• You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time via your bank.

• You will be notified in advance of any changes to your payment schedule.

We aim to respond to all complaints within 10 working days. If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may escalate your concern to GoCardless or your bank.

SUBJECT ACCESS REQUESTS

You may request a copy of your personal data held by us under the UK GDPR. To make a Subject Access Request, please email HausOfAsthetik@icloud.com with proof of ID. We will respond within one calendar month.

GENERAL TERMS

• The CPA is personal to the client and cannot be transferred.

• The CPA has no monetary value outside of the agreed treatment plan.

• Haus of Ästhetik reserves the right to amend, pause or terminate the CPA scheme with appropriate notice.
