Shipping Policy

At Haus of Ästhetik, we take product integrity and safety seriously. To ensure that all clients receive the highest quality products in the best possible condition, our shipping processes are designed to protect product authenticity, freshness, and traceability.

1. Direct Supplier Fulfilment

  • All products are shipped directly from authorised UK distributors and suppliers, including brands such as Teoxane, Mesoestetic, Skinade, and others.

  • This process ensures that products are delivered in their original, sealed packaging and are as close as possible to the date of manufacture, reducing unnecessary handling and storage.

  • Direct shipping also guarantees that all products are sourced legitimately, avoiding risks associated with third-party or grey market supplies.

 

2. Delivery Locations

    • residential address,
    • place of business (with prior agreement), or
    • Directly to the Haus of Ästhetik clinic for collection.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the chosen delivery location is suitable for receiving parcels, especially where cold-chain or signature-on-delivery items are involved.

 

3. Delivery Methods

  • We partner with DPD wherever possible to handle both ambient and cold-chain deliveries.

  • Cold-chain items are transported in temperature-controlled packaging in line with distributor protocols to preserve product stability during transit.

  • Ambient items are shipped using standard tracked courier services with the same reliability and delivery updates.

 

4. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery within the UK is usually 1–3 working days from order confirmation, subject to supplier processing times.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, seasonal demand, or courier capacity.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched by the supplier.

 

5. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are calculated based on the supplier’s fulfilment method and will be shown at checkout before payment.

  • Cold-chain products may incur an additional delivery fee due to specialist packaging and handling requirements.

 

6. Responsibility and Risk Transfer

  • Responsibility for maintaining cold-chain conditions lies with the supplier and courier up to the point of delivery at the specified address.

  • Once delivered and signed for (or marked as delivered by the courier), responsibility transfers to the customer. We cannot guarantee temperature control after the point of receipt.

  • For this reason, it is essential that someone is available to accept delivery at the designated address on the first attempt.

 

7. Delivery Issues

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to have been tampered with, or does not match your order, you must notify us immediately at Order.HausOfAsthetik@icloud.com.

  • We will liaise with the supplier and the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • Claims regarding delivery errors or damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to act effectively.

 

8. Geographic Coverage

  • At present, we deliver within the United Kingdom only.

  • If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us before ordering to check if exceptions can be arranged through our authorised distributors.

 

9. Important Notes

  • Delivery times and methods may be influenced by supplier policies. Where DPD is not available, an alternative equivalent courier will be used.

  • Certain items may require specific delivery conditions (e.g. cold-chain packaging, signature on delivery) which are non-negotiable to ensure compliance with storage and safety standards.
