Section 1: Principles of the Armed Forces Covenant

We, Haus Of Ästhetik Ltd., commit to honour the Armed Forces Covenant and support the Armed Forces community. We recognise the value Serving Personnel, both Regular and Reservists, Veterans, and military families contribute to our business and to our country.

We will uphold the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant by:

  • Ensuring no member of the Armed Forces community faces disadvantage in the provision of our services or in employment.

  • Recognising that in some circumstances special treatment may be appropriate, especially for the injured or bereaved.

Section 2: Demonstrating Our Commitment

1. Employment and Recruitment

  • We guarantee a guaranteed interview scheme for all currently serving members of the UK Armed Forces (Regular or Reserve), provided minimum job criteria are met.

  • We actively welcome applications from veterans, reservists, and military spouses/partners, recognising the unique skillsets and resilience they bring to the workplace.

  • We commit to flexible leave policies for members of the Reserve Forces, to allow for deployment, training, or mobilisation without disadvantage.

  • We will continue to promote Haus Of Ästhetik as an Armed Forces-friendly employer both on our website and job advertisements.

2. Training and Professional Development

  • We offer a 30% discount on clinical and aesthetic training to all current and former Armed Forces personnel.

  • We will develop accessible training opportunities that support resettlement into civilian employment within the aesthetics and wellness industry.

3. Commercial Support

  • We offer a 10% discount on all treatments to current and former members of the UK Armed Forces (including veterans and reservists), as a standard offering within our business.

  • We ensure that promotional materials clearly communicate the availability of discounts to the Armed Forces community.

4. Community and Charitable Engagement

  • Up to 20% of our annual profits are allocated to support Armed Forces charities, with a specific pledge that any remaining corporation tax due at year-end will be donated to Project Nova—a charity supporting veterans who are in crisis or at risk of entering the criminal justice system.

  • We promote awareness of Armed Forces charities through our client communications and in-clinic materials, helping raise visibility for these causes.

Section 3: Governance and Monitoring

  • Our Armed Forces Covenant commitments will be reviewed annually by the senior management team to ensure compliance and identify areas for growth.

  • We will nominate an Armed Forces Champion within our business to maintain liaison with military contacts, promote internal awareness, and ensure our obligations are met in full.

Section 4: Our Promise

By signing this Covenant, Haus Of Ästhetik Ltd. is proud to formally pledge our enduring support for the Armed Forces community. We recognise their service and sacrifices and commit to supporting them in employment, business, and well-being.
