1. Shake the bottle well before use.
2. Apply a sufficient amount (approximately 2 mg/cm² of skin) to clean, dry skin on the face, neck, and décolleté at least 30 minutes before sun exposure.
3. Reapply every two hours, especially after swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
4. Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
